Treasure Chest - work still in progress

After watching the One Piece animated series I decided I'm gonna use my various skills to make my own pirate treasure chest. After some planning I've decided on a low polygon chest with realistic PBR textures. I started with a sketch, but the levitating chest looked weird, so I've added a postument. I didn't want however for it to be just a filler, so I've added some gold details to it, to make it better match the gold coins in the chest. Since I didn't want to manually animate all the coins, I've created an appropriate emiter, and wrote a few lines of code for scaling, rotating and switching elements. I wanted the coins to shoot out as a narrow stream, which would give me a nice visual effect, but unfortunately caused some problems with object overlapping. To make it less visible I've decided to add some mist, coming out of the chest, covering most visual errors. At the moment I've prepared the models, lighting and renderign settings. I plan to further develop the animation.
